Job Description :
To handle phone inquiries for credit card and banking customers.
This position reports to Call Centre Team Leader.
Education and Skills :
You should degree min S1 majoring in any study from well university.
Enthusiastic, hard working and willing to work shift system.
Highly motivated and has good communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skill.
Good command in English both oral and written.
Computer literacy especially words and excel.
Team focused with a flexible attitude.

To manage a team of Call Centre Officers.
This position reports to Call Centre Supervisor.
Study and Experience :
Bachelor degree S1 majoring in any discipine with relevant study.
Have min 1 years exp in the similar position.
Has supervisory experience are preferable.
Skills and Ability :
Enthusiastic, hard working and willing to work with shift system.
Highly motivated and good communications skills.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Computer literacy (words and excel).
Able to work with minimum supervision.
